Well, I guess I'm always the last to know.....
Last week when I was in the Bahamas and taking in some fresh air and sunshine, a poolside DJ was spinning records. Nice. But he wasn't playing just song after song, he was mixing two, three different songs at a time. Sometimes combining the Bee Gees with Three Doors Down works, sometime it doesn't, but the mixes were great fun to listen to.
Has this mixing business been around as long as I think it has? And silly me, just listening to one song at a time for all of these years....
